NIGHTCLUB INTERIOR PHOTOGRAPHS:
The ground floor of the building is
currently occupied by a nightclub with a bar
and a commercial grade kitchen. This space
at various times has been a bar and
restaurant. Originally a meat packing plant
in the early 1900's it has been completely
renovated and redecorated several times in
the last decade alone.

UPSTAIRS OFFICE SPACE PHOTOGRAPHS:
The second floor of the building has been
extensively restored. It is a very broad
open space, ideal for an open plan office.
This was the bedroom, bathroom and living
space for the MTV reality show, "Real World:
Denver". It has been extensively renovated
by the current tenant.

UNFINISHED BASEMENT SPACE: The
basement space is accessed by this
staircase. The basement is largely
unfinished with storage cages, refrigeration
units and several small rooms offset from
the main central room. It would be an ideal
space for a nightclub or small club.
